International Shipments
Duties/taxes may apply upon delivery. These vary per country and are not included in our shipping fee. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to cover any customs duties or taxes charged upon or after arrival of the package, if any.
Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. The company does not accept refund requests due to a change of mind.
Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

AMAMI will not be responsible for covering shipping costs and duties (if any) incurred from this exchange.
Damages and issues
All of our jewelry are handmade. As such, slight variations in size, color, texture and finish may occur, adding to an item's unique charm. We do not consider these as flaws.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Should you feel that your item has a defect, kindly send us an e-mail with photos of the item at hello@amamiph.com within 7 days upon the receipt of your package to request for an exchange. If approved, our team will be guiding you with the process of sending the item back to us.
