I'm so happy

This necklace is even more beautiful in person. It arrived safely in the UK in just over a week, beautifully and securely packaged. The literature on the artisans who make these pieces made me cry a little bit. I wanted something I could wear every day that still reminded me of the Philippines like the more elaborate tamburin I inherited as a family heirloom. I will wear this relikaryo and think of my family and my country, which I miss so much. And I will certainly be growing my personal collection of Amami jewelry soon!
